When longtime friend Seton Beckwith, a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience in Essex County and northern New Jersey, reached out about reimagining The Beckwith Team’s online presence, I was thrilled to help elevate their brand.
Seton and her team are known for their hands-on, personalized approach, guiding clients through every step of buying or selling a home. Their expertise spans staging, first-time buyers, investment properties, and rentals, and they’ve earned recognition with the NJ REALTORS® Platinum Circle of Excellence Award for their exceptional results. The Beckwith Team previously had three separate websites: a standard Keller Williams-provided agent page and two other sites trying to reach broad audiences. Instead of amplifying their message, this scattered approach diluted their brand and made it harder for prospective clients to connect with their value.
The goal was clear: consolidate, elevate, and position them as a premier local brand.

We started by refining The Beckwith Team’s brand identity and messaging:
Logo refresh and brand leveling-up to create a more polished, cohesive look
Streamlined navigation so clients can easily find what matters most: listings, community insights, and buyer/seller resources
Interactive tools, like a mortgage calculator and net proceeds calculator, add real value for visitors
Downloadable guides, such as The Savvy Seller’s Guide and The Smart Buyer’s Guide, to establish credibility and capture leads
Featured community pages highlighting the neighborhoods they serve, providing hyperlocal expertise
Integrated listings to keep the focus on their core offering: helping clients find (or sell) their dream home
The Results (and What’s Next)
The result is a site that’s clean, professional, and user-focused, a true reflection of the client-first approach The Beckwith Team is known for. The website now positions them as a trusted authority in North Jersey real estate while providing valuable tools and resources to prospective buyers and sellers.
Next up? Building out a content strategy with blog posts addressing standard buyer and seller questions, optimized for SEO to expand their reach and drive more qualified leads.
