I’ve been collaborating with The Dryer Guys on new ways to keep their clients engaged and coming back. This ongoing partnership focuses on enhancing customer relationships and driving repeat service, helping their brand stay top-of-mind while encouraging clients to schedule regular maintenance.
The Goal
The Dryer Guys wanted to engage their existing customer base with regular email campaigns that remind clients when it’s time for their annual dryer vent cleaning, ensuring safety, efficiency, and peace of mind.
My Role
I developed a targeted email marketing strategy that included:
Custom email campaigns designed to engage past clients and provide helpful reminders
Segmentation using Square’s Smart Groups, targeting customers who hadn’t had service in the last 10 months
Valuable content that educated clients on the importance of regular cleaning while keeping them connected to the brand
I went on to revamp their website, update their logo, create postcards to market to homeowners and expand their reach, and design magnets to leave with clients—all aimed at strengthening the brand and keeping it top-of-mind.
The Result
The campaign successfully increased appointments, retained subscribers, and added measurable value to the client experience. Customers appreciated the timely reminders and relevant content, and many signed up for their annual cleaning as a result. The refreshed branding and cohesive materials further strengthened client trust and engagement.
