The Dryer Guys

When I first started working with The Dryer Guys, the goal was simple: help them reach more customers through email marketing.

As we worked together, they asked me to help build their brand. I redesigned their website to reflect the quality and professionalism of their service, and then took it a step further with a brand refresh.

The Goal

The Dryer Guys wanted to strengthen their brand identity and stay top-of-mind with both existing and potential customers. The goal was to create cohesive, recognizable touchpoints for clients while also attracting new homeowners in the area.

My Role

I led a series of creative and strategic updates designed to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility, including:

  • new logo and refreshed visual identity to modernize the brand

  • Postcard mailers to reach local homeowners and generate new business

  • Branded magnets featuring a QR code for quick, convenient rebooking

  • Employee shirts designed for both on-the-job use and customer outreach, keeping the team looking professional and consistent with the brand

  • Ongoing email marketing and website optimization to maintain consistency and drive repeat service

Each piece was designed to keep The Dryer Guys connected with their customers in both digital and physical spaces.

The Result

The updated branding and marketing materials have strengthened recognition, improved client retention, and created new opportunities for local growth. Customers now have multiple touchpoints: a clean, professional website, helpful reminders in their inboxes, and magnets right on their fridges, making it easier than ever to stay connected with the brand.

Thoughtful design and consistent communication can turn everyday customer interactions into long-term loyalty.
